I’m a third-year Ph.D. candidate in Information Systems at McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business, driven by a deep passion for designing human-centered AI systems that make a real-world impact—especially in healthcare. My current research focuses on developing generative AI tools to improve communication between older adults and healthcare providers, blending advanced machine learning techniques with principles of usability, accessibility, and empathy.
